Nice that you want to spend your valuable days with us in Studio 777.

We are 7-affine, so to speak. That's why our three studios have the short names 7a, 7b and 7c. That's our business and should only be mentioned by the way ;-)

But what is essential and important: with us you feel in good hands 7 days a week. The studios are quiet, yet centrally located. Shops, pharmacies, restaurants and this & that are within walking distance or can be reached quickly by bike.

Our holiday complex with three fine studios is located on a spacious plot of around 2000 m2 and offers plenty of space and freedom. 7a - 7b - 7c has everything you need to feel good. Studio 7a is built in timber frame construction and completely renovated, 7b and 7c were newly built in solid brick construction (first rental from the start of the 2023 season).

At the private room categorization in Burgenland we were awarded with five suns!

In the course of the nationwide private room offensive for private accommodation, we received the 5 suns certification in Burgenland. We feel very honored!
